Queens emcee VAIN teams up with NYC mixtape legend DJ Jazzy Joyce for this club heater. Vain has worked with many of our favorites including, PF Cuttin, Teflon, and Terrence Dudley just to name a few. He has been in the underground for years, but the most anyone has heard from him was when he was an extra on ‘Good Lovin’ by Slim which also featured Fabolous and Ryan Leslie. This gave him a good launching pad, but he is far from a commercial artist. His gritty, R rated verses let you know that he really has something going for him, along with the wit to track down people from New York’s past and pay homage by collaborating on a song with them. I usually (especially these days) dont fuck with club music, but this is some hard hittin shit. Support him when his project drops and research some of his old material. You may just let your guard down and become a fan.
