NOT a fan of TMZ at all, but here is Pras talking about Ms. Hill and her recent problems.

He said:

“Listen, if Lindsay Lohan doesn’t do any time, why would she do time? You feel me?”

He also says he’s been great and he seemed extremely doubtful about a reunion.
