Crown Heights staple Ruste Juxx and Cali producer Preed One drop their latest single “Depression” featuring London scratch specialist DJ TMB. The single serves as the latest preview from the upcoming album “Imperishable Artistry.”
Produced by Preed One, “Depression” delivers a great backdrop for Ruste’s thought-provoking lyricism and raw emotion, showcasing a different side of Ruste Juxx’s artistry while maintaining the grit and authenticity fans have come to expect. “Imperishable Artistry” arrives this fall on vinyl, with more music to be revealed in the coming months.
The album carries special significance, as it was inspired by the memory of their late friend EQ, who originally introduced Preed One to both Ruste Juxx and DJ-TMB. In tribute, DJ-TMB’s signature cuts can be heard throughout helping tie together an album rooted in friendship, respect and authentic hip-hop craftsmanship.
