Skyzoo is bringing back the popular Penny Series every thursday for the next few weeks. For his first entry of the new series he decided to give Jay-Z’s Picasso Baby a little twist of his own.
His team also posted a statement which explains the process and idea behind the series:
Picking up where the original Penny Freestyle Series left off, we bring to you the first installment of the Penny Freestyle Series Part 2. Every Thursday afternoon for the next month, we’ll be releasing an exclusive freestyle over a new or rare instrumental. In the same vein as the original Penny Series, this is simply lyrical exercise of the highest order. This week’s showing is “All Black Walls”. For the day one Skyzoo fans who know that above all, lyrics will never be the same.
