I think in more recent years, the appreciation has proven greater overseas, but heads overseas have great respect for the states and it’s influence in Hip Hop as well. So generally, we’re still dealing with a very significant global presence.”

What’s this line mean to you?
“That line was actually a quote from a fellow mc. Acknowledging the past to know the future, giving respect to the pioneers of this culture is very important to me.”
