Sometime in the mid 2000s I got my hands on a Chino XL CD compilation. Mills (aka @_HipHopVERSES) gave me the CD and I was absolutely blown away. I grew up in Jersey and heard the name Chino XL but I slept like some of you are doing. Fast forward 14 years and Hip Hop Verses blessed me with another one. This time there’s damn near three decades of Chino’s music. These are not whole tracks but Chino’s best verses from over the years compiled into one collection. This guy is a lyrical monster and you must give this a listen. Salute to Chino XL for representing Hip hop to the fullest.
