With the first verse Crumb blames himself and his poor attitude while deployed for the destruction of a long distance relationship; wrongly accusing and negatively portraying events that were in fact not taking place. The second verse focuses on his best friend who passed away in the midst of a bitter feud. The stories contain apologies, thoughts, and feelings that may never be heard–remaining stuck in a cluttered mind; #Voices
