I just found this remix online and I had to post it. I owned the original version (Tato Torres y Yerbabuena) of this track and it fills me with a sense of pride everytime I hear it. You’re probably wondering why I’m posting this on a Hip Hop site. This style of music called “Bomba” was a source of political and spiritual expression kind of like what Hip Hop is now. This remix has a Hip Hop vibe and a dope verse from Nitty Scott MC. Major ups to to Flaco Navaja, Tato Torres, Yerbabuena, and the Pleneros de la 21 for keeping our Boricua roots alive.
