Interesting story on this one. I grabbed, “The Recipe”, featuring Prodigy from Imam Thug’s brand new album, ‘Immortal Legend’, which is out now via Empire Dream Productions Inc and it’s a pretty ill joint I must say. Upon doing my research I came to find out it’s not actually a new song which I kinda figured with Prodigy having departed (R.I.P.) so long ago. So this one is originally from autumn 2009 debuting on a mixtape that DJ Delz did with Thug called, ‘Rap Prison’. The song was subsequentially released officially on an EP in fall 2011 titled, ‘The Mix King’, presented by Plain Truth Ent. Now we have it here on the latest Imam Thug effort and I’m happy to have come across it. Check it out and enjoy!
