Mello Music Group is on a roll. Not only are they signing and trying to distribute every bit of good talent under the sun, but they are encouraging great collaborations with their artists. IE: Apollo Brown / OC , Gensu Dean / Planet Asia, Etc. What I saw from a small label a few years ago has grown into a power player in the world of hip hop music. When I say hip hop, that is what I mean. Good ‘ol underground fucking hip hop. They know their lane, and what works for them as a label. They are utilizing Bandcamp to it’s fullest potential. With this latest release, they enlist L’Orange and Stik Figa who have a long history of work together. Now if they would only wake up and sign me to a 3 album deal so that I could make them really proud. Comon guys.
