Tona – Burn
Whenever people discuss Canadian Hip Hop, one person who is usually brought up is a certain bushy eye browed, hand waving, sidekick freestyling rapper (hasn’t earned MC status!). Tona is none of the previously mentioned. On this track he displays very nice wordplay and is a perfect example of what most Canadian Hip Hop is all about. I’m looking forward to hearing from from Tona in the future. Major props to The New North and The Real Frequency for supporting this talented MC. Bless.
