This joint sparked one of Hip Hop’s greatest battles. LL Cool J felt like Canibus’ original verse was disrespectful toward him. Canibus asked to borrow the mic on LL’s arm in his verse and LL took it the wrong way. LL wrote a verse going back at Canibus. LL confronted him about his words and they both agreed to change the verses even though Canibus didn’t mean disrespect by it. LL decided to leave the verse (dissing Canibus) on the final track.
